The lockout has ended! The PQ have tabled what many are calling an "austerity" budget.
In order to ensure that taxes are more equitably distributed, the Parti Quebecois have added a few tax increases - but Quebecers will only be affected if they smoke, drink or earn more than $100,000.
• Smoking price tag - Cigarette tax of 2¢ per ciggie - that's 50¢ a pack or $4 more a carton
• Booze bill - Alcohol tax hikes of 3¢ per bottle of beer, 17¢ per bottle of wine and 26¢ per bottle of spirits
• Wealth tax - Income tax hike of 1.75% on earnings over $100,000
The Liberals have called a press conference for 7 pm in Quebec City - they are expected to confirm that they will vote against the budget.
